1) The first hello.

Every project starts with a simple call — a chance to connect, listen, and understand your needs. This first hello sets the tone, ensuring we begin with clarity and focus on what matters most to you.

Goal : Prepare you for our first meeting.

2) Quote & walkthrough.

We meet on-site for about 45 minutes to walk through your space together. This is where we define your priorities, budget, and timeline. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a tailored proposal and contract — the foundation of our collaboration.

Goal : Refine your project for optimal preparation.

3) Kick-Off meeting   

Over 2–3 hours, we gather around your project with open notebooks and open minds. Every idea is welcome, every detail matters. This session ensures we fully capture your vision before the design phase begins.

Goal : Dive deep into your story, desires, and aspirations.

4) Check-In Session

Two weeks later, we meet online to present the first mood, the ambiance, and early layout ideas. It’s a collaborative conversation where your feedback guides us, ensuring the design reflects who you are. Your feedback allows us to refine proposals and stay aligned with your vision.

Goal : Ensure alignment early on.

5) Design presentation

On-site, we present a complete file including plans, joinery details, finishes, and fabric/material samples. This is an exciting and emotional step where you can fully envision your future home. This is a very exciting moment for all of us !

Goal : Validate aesthetic, technical, and functional decisions before implementation.

6) Implementation

From orders and deliveries to coordinating artisans, our team orchestrates it all. We make sure every decision is executed with precision, so you can step back and enjoy the process with confidence.

Goal : Bring the project to life seamlessly.

7) The big reveal

This is the moment when your vision becomes reality. Each piece finds its place, every texture and color blends seamlessly, and your home feels alive with warmth and personality. Our team fine-tunes the styling so that the atmosphere is both inspiring and inviting. To make this moment even more special, we’ll leave you with a bouquet of fresh flowers — a simple, elegant way of celebrating the beginning of life in your renewed home..

At this stage, every element is refined, every detail is polished. We make sure your space is truly complete – from the final adjustments to thoughtful styling touches. You’ll also receive a full dossier with care instructions to help preserve the beauty of your home over time.
